Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already possess a valid Dubai visa and be prepared to drive sales for IT products and services while building strong client relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g., hardware, software, networking, cloud).
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and solutions to provide value to clients.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

Visa: prioritize Must have a valid Dubai visa (visit, residence).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the UAE/GCC region. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills: Understanding of IT solutions such as hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Additional: Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. As part of our Dubai-based team, you’ll work closely with local and international clients to drive measurable results, ensuring compliance with regional marketing trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Strategy:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Align campaign strategies with client goals and business objectives.
Conduct research on target audiences and industry trends specific to the UAE and MENA region.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Identify areas for improvement, adjusting bids, budgets, and ad targeting as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact for Dubai-based and international clients regarding campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Market Research & Compliance:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially within Dubai and the MENA region.
Ensure campaigns comply with local advertising regulations and cultural sensitivities.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to coordinate creative assets and campaign deliverables.
Collaborate with external vendors and platform representatives to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Excellent communication skills (English is required; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
